Outpatient care can be an effective option for individuals with mild to moderate substance use disorders or for those who have completed a more intensive residential program and need ongoing support.
At Pacific Sky Recovery Center we offer client-focused and evidenced-based interventions grounded in ACT, DBT, and Compassion-Focused Therapy. Other clinical groups include process group, trauma recovery group, and relationship dynamics. We focus our psychoeducation groups on the mind body connection, offering mindfulness-based activities, while simultaneously addressing skill development with groups like safety, care planning, relapse prevention, skills practice group, and nurse education groups.
