Jessica Gaul, PhD, LMHC

Director of Outpatient Services
Jessica provides leadership and planning for all of the outpatient programs offered at Pacific Sky.
Jessica supports both the staff and clients alike. She is involved initial treatment planning for clients and assists to coordinate any ongoing services for clients as needed.
Jas Rubin, MSW, LSWAIC

Outpatient Therapist
Jas is a primary member of the treatment team. Jas initially meets with clients to create a deeper assessment of client needs and creates a treatment plan.
Jas facilitates groups in the program and works with clients and families one-on-one. Jas provides numerous resources including community-based needs, aftercare planning, and collaboration with outside care providers.
River Her
she/her
Intake Coordinator
River is the first point of contact when seeking services at Pacific Sky. As our Intake Coordinator, River is often engaged in phone calls, providing initial assessments, and helping clients verify insurance benefits while seeking care. River is also often the first person clients interact with when arriving onsite for their first day in program. She walks clients through how the programming works, and generally helps people begin to feel at home.
